Hope your all getting out and enjoying this extended spring we've been fortunate to have. This has definately been one of those New England seasons. The rain has certainly curtailed a few adventures and the bugs have been plentiful enough to carry even the hardiest away. This brief update is to let you know we're still busy here. Don't let the recent lack of activity on our website be any indication of what we've been up to. It's mainly due to tweaking a new website which should be close to launching. We've also been speaking with the MA DCR about signing a Memorandum of Understanding to formalize our respective interests and develop a coorperative working relationship. This would be a huge step in helping to ensure the protection of climbing in the state. Planning the first Western Mass Rendevous coming up this Septemeber 26th at Wendell State Forest has also been actively on our minds. Good things are coming folks so stay tuned. In the meantime, get out, dodge some of those raindrops, and get those last few days in before the humidity really settles into the valley.
